Based in Atlanta, Ga., Barbara Deas is Senior Vice President of the ACE Westchester Environmental Underwriting unit, which offers environmental liability products and services to the excess and surplus market. ACE Westchester is the U.S.-based wholesale focused excess and surplus property and casualty operations of the ACE Group of Companies. With more than 39 years of diverse insurance industry experience, Ms. Deas joined ACE Westchester in June 2004. Ms. Deas’ previous experience includes numerous environmental underwriting and management positions for several global insurance companies.
